If you have good health…

Count yourself lucky and blessed.

I once got a fortune cookie 🥠 after a meal at a Chinese restaurant. It read “He who has good health is rich” . I never forgot that.

So, I wrote this one day while traveling home on an airplane. Maybe it will be a healthier and beautiful reminder to you.

H is for honesty. Be true to who you are. Don’t try to be someone else. Learn to LOVE yourself.

E is for everyday. Every single day is a 🎁 gift! Embrace ALL it has to offer.

A is for attitude. You are in control of your thoughts, emotions and most of all attitude.

H is for HAPPY! Be happy with what you have! Life isn’t about accumulating things and wearing designer clothes. It’s about actually living your life and making memories!

L is for LOVE ❤️ it a a feeling that keeps us alive. Try and stay young at heart no matter what your age. Do everything you can to keep your heart and mind healthy.

This month is mental health awareness month. There is so much going on right now. So sad. But we owe it to ourselves to try and stay on the other side. Keep lifting up. And lift up others too.

We have so much to be grateful for.

Don’t we?

Jump up for joy! So much beauty in our lives!

When did you get your last one?

It is skin cancer awareness month and it is time to remind ourselves to pick up a new tube of your fave sunscreen.

No, last years Sunscreen 🧴 tube won’t work. Old, once opened or if stored in a bright, warm or hot place it has lost its potency to protect. The formulas not the same. You need to start fresh!

People in Florida have begun to go to the beach 🏖 again and signs They have been there are are showing. I see red lobster 🦞 faces, peeling faces, dry inflamed skin. It isn’t very pretty as they race to chase the sun and a bit of color. I realize people are restless. A pandemic isn’t much fun is it?

But SKIN CANCER is probably worse. Especially if it is Melanoma. Skin cancer can be fatal. Protect that baby and your children and your own skin! DAILY not just during skin cancer awareness month. While you are at it call your dermatologist and book your annual exam. Mine is booked later this month.

If you own a spa, salon or beauty business and you’re back open again or have an online shop. Consider retailing sun 🌞 protection. Sunscreen & Bronzer are a winning combination!

I often hear women ask… What is your beauty secret for looking younger? Or I want to look younger fast! What can I do?

I think you know the answer. Skin cancer is a sneaky disease. Arm yourself! Please wear SUNSCREEN and throw on some shade too! 😎

You CAN enjoy the sunshine. You just need to do it wisely.
