Lime,Sugar and Coconut!

I feel like TRAVELING and enjoying life again… I want to go on a cruise! But since we can’t quite do that yet I thought I’d do the next best thing. Make a tropical hand and foot scrub.

Since I LOVE my clients. I am sharing this recipe with them and giving them some mini sample jars of this lovely scrub too.

If you own a business do you love to share recipes and beauty tips with your clients too?

Here is a simple recipe that is so easy to make yet gently exfoliates, brightens the skin and makes the skin so silky!

After all it is sandal season again.

I LOVE the way this feels on the skin and my heels will look amazing too.

It even refreshes a pedicure and manicure too. Give your hands and feet some love โค๏ธ. Guys will love it too!

Simply apply a scoop of this tropical ๐ŸŒด delight on your freshly washed hands and rub in. Go in circular motions. Then rinse with a wet and warm hand towel after leaving on at least 10 minutes.

Next apply to your feet and repeat.

I find this scrub lasts at least a week. I put it in the fridge. I pull out of the fridge and allow it to warm with the room temperature. Feels so cool and refreshing when you apply it. Especially on a hot summer ๐ŸŒž day.

Your skin will glow and the natural ingredients make it even better!

Yummy!

Yesterday I went grocery ๐Ÿ›’ shopping…we put it off and couldn’t wait any longer.

It it is a battleground out there for food and drink! I couldn’t find so many things and we paid a fortune for paper towels! $22.00 for six rolls ๐Ÿ’ด

I wanted coconut water ๐Ÿ’ฆ but could not find any. So, I decided to make it at home. I was craving all things coconut, like a coconut granola mix, coconut ๐Ÿฅฅ and aรงaรญ bowl and coconut water.

I also love the coconut chips from Trader Joe’s… they are delicious to snack on and remind me of my time spent in Hawaii.

I loved the quaint little stands in the roadside that sold them fresh and twisted from the

A healthy DIY and hydration ritual you’ll so enjoy!

Add ice to a pretty tall glass of it and maybe float a cherry ๐Ÿ’ on top and enjoy!
