A Berry Beautiful … Multi–tasking Face Mask

My skin is hot and cold and slightly dehydrated . From New York to Florida to back to NY and now in Chicago Illinois.

It’s still not spring in Chicago! It snowed here on Friday. So, multi-masking is always a good idea.

What I whipped up for my skin:

2 tablespoons of Greek plain yogurt

1/2 cup of fresh blackberries or you can use frozen mixed berries

2 tablespoons of local honey 🍯

Next blend the above ingredients in a bowl and pour into a blender.

*Or use a frother (you know like you use to make coffee, chai tea or cream foam)

Apply this DIY kitchen mask on a clean freshly washed face and also apply it to your neck and decolette.

Leave mask on at least 10mins.

Rinse well. Apply your favorite moisturizer.

This mask is rich in anti-oxidants and vitamins! The fresh yogurt kisses dead skin “Goodbye” and the honey makes your skin baby soft.

You’ll want to eat this yummy mask. You can but don’t.

My husband wanted this mask too so I made a bit more. By adding more blackberries.

Then I applied 👁 a gel eye mask to our eyes and we listened to music and enjoyed how wonderful our skin felt and eye area refreshed.

A delicious anti/aging mask!
