6 Green Tea Bags
2-3 drops pf Aura Cacia soothing essential oils
Tea pot of boiling water
Step 1. Fill a large glass bowl with boiling water.
Step 2. Next add the green tea bags and peppermint essential oil
Step 3. Add a dash of rosemary twig just for visual fun!
Allow the water to cool a bit,soak your feet one foot at a time.Unless your bowl is large enough for both feet.
Soak and treat those stressed out tired legs and feet for at least 5 minutes.
Pat your feet dry a bit and slather your legs and feet with your favorite skin softening lotion. Your feet will feel amazing and your spirits will too.
