Discover and buy the calming beauty of salt lamps and add them to your fave space in or out of your home.
STAY OFF your phone or at least Social Media!
Take a walk!
Reach out to a family and friends. Spread some LOVE to a stranger.
Do a little yoga or meditate or do both!
EAT some comfort food and enjoy each bite and morsel slowly. I love naughty and nice. I love crunchy and salty and sweet. Choose some visually exciting foods. Life is short. Forget about that diet on stressful days. Want a donut? … eat one!
