It’s good to the last drop.
Smoothies are delicious and so easy to make. I like to drink them for different reasons and what they do for my body and skin.
I have served this to my clients and enjoy its deliciousness too.
What you will need:
1/2 cup of pomegranate juice (unsweetened)
1/2 cup of soy milk
1/2 cup of blueberries (fresh or unsweetened frozen)
1 tbsp lecithin granules
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tbsp dried goji berries
3 to 4 ice cubes or crushed ice (optional)
❤️ This recipe is from one of our skincare icons Dr Howard Murad founder of Murad Skin Research Laboratory. In my years guest speaking across the country at spa and beauty conferences he lectures too. He’s a very kind and brilliant doctor.
Artificial sweetener (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender, liquefy. ENJOY!
It addresses cellulite and for the skin on the body to look better too but I drink it for it’s anti-aging properties to make my skin BETTER and look younger doesn’t hurt either. Incorporated into a healthy diet. It can make a big difference in the skins appearance.
If you’d like to learn more and enjoy his other recipes. Look into The Cellulite Solution. His book is a must for your library! Caring is sharing and I hope you like this smoothie as much as I do.
