I love pumpkins to decorate with,in drinks and in food. I also love to create recipes for my face and body with this DIY combination of a mask like scrub especially around this time of year. I also make a smoothie with pumpkins and add a collagen powder to them. Both make a powerhouse drink for my skin.

This recipe smells amazing, gently exfoliates and feels good.
*Sometimes I switch it up with buttermilk or pumpkin spice seasoning instead too. If you want to make more add more to each step.
What you will need to make this face treat:
4 tsp of canned or fresh pumpkin
3 tbsp of milk
1 tsp honey
2 Tsp of fine coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
After you whisk or mix the above ingredients apply to your face and neck.
Leave on at least 15 minutes.
Next wet your clean fingers and go in circular motions on the skin. Buffing away dull tired skin.
Rinse well and follow up with a moisturizer and eye cream.
Pumpkins do so much to nourish the skin and this is a great treat from the inside of your body and topically applied.
